The location was amazing, I could travel Tokyo conveniently because the Ginza line was 2 minutes away, also the Asakusa line is very close. I also liked that the Hostel was central in Asakusa but in a cute side street which was not too loud or crowded. The pods are very comfortable and more spacious than I know from other Pod Hostels. Also I was a little worried because of the bathroom, but I was almost always alone and never had to wait to shower. The Host also gave recommendations in the area and I made good use of it. Very helpful for the first night when I was a little lost, so I could just follow one of the recommendations.

The location, the price and the many facilities were all positives.
I loved the hot water pressure and that the connecting dressing room locked as well.
I had a top bunk bed with a comfortable lower nook that had a desk, chair, and dimmable lamp. Up the ladder, the bed area itself had a lockbox for valuables, a nice bright reading light and charge ports.

Edo Tokyo Hostel has rooms in Tokyo near Sugiyama Art Museum and Edogawa-ku Folk Museum. With a shared lounge, the 1-star hostel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a shared bathroom.
The hostel is in a great location in Shinjuku. It is close to the Golden Gai area if you plan on going out at night. The beds were comfortable with a curtain. Under the bunk beds, there is an area/locker for each person to store their belongings. The room has AC. The bathrooms were clean and the showers are hot. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.
I did not realised when I booked (not sure if the information is there … somewhere, that this is a dormitory style backpackers hostel.
The kitchen was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent
Close to a great supermarket and convience store, so cheap food is easy to get, great staff for sociallising and talking to new people. One of the most “hostel” environments I’ve stayed in, i got to meet new people, drink and hangout discorvering Tokyo along the way
Everything, I have lived in hostels of several other countries but this was the best hostel. It’s cheap, near to attractions, bus stops nearby, trains to airport and Ginza line were about 10-minute walk. Even after checking out you could leave your luggage for few hours and use the first floor facilities.
It was in a great location next to a Japanese Bath house which was fantastic. I also enjoyed the area with lots of cheap restaurants around in the hostel provides free tea and coffee.
Everything! It's the best hostel I have ever stayed in Tokyo so far. - I was a little afraid at first because the room I got is a mixed dormitory (snoring, etc.). But turns out it was really quite and everybody was so considerate. Shower and toilets are clean. The staff cleaned it quite frequently. - I like the fact that you can also store luggage under your bed!
One of the best hostels I‘ve ever stayed in! Super clean, extremely comfortable and such a lovely vibe. Not many hostels manage to create such a nice social atmosphere. Great location as well. Will come back for sure!!
It is as described in the pictures, but a bit shabbier, less 'shiney'. Overall I enjoyed my stay, and the experience of it. It was certainly cheaper than hotels and I booked late so had few hotel options. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, although I should mention that I have a bad back anyway. The dormitory was safe, secure, all fellow guests I met were nice. The staff were all very nice. Very good bathroom facilities. All facilities well looked after, clean, working, and accessible. I would use it again.
Siesta fostered a good clientele. Everyone was respectful of keeping quiet in the dormitory section, respectful in the bathroom, and friendly in the common room. The mattresses were large and didn't cover the entire capsule, leaving a nice space to store things. As with all hostels, I recommend bringing earplugs or headphones to suppress the general noise in the dorm. Capsules are better than bunk beds at sound suppression, but by no means perfect.
Friendly staff, welcoming inclusive atmospheres,
Great location (5 min away from Sensoji temple, a bit far from the station, about 10min. But the scenery of the area is so unique and I enjoyed walking. I felt safe to walk back to the hostel from the station midnight by myself, and the local people there are really kind). I stayed in a dormitory room, everyone was kind and thoughtful ( quiet at night). Stayed there for 4 nights and I had a good time there!
I also liked the electric piano at the entrance.
