Began and ended our first trip to Ireland at “Four Sisters” with my adult children, spouses and my grandson- 10 in all! House accommodated us all comfortably! House is quaint (400 yrs old!) very clean and neat with modern kitchens and bathrooms. Good location close to everything but not in the middle of all the downtown noise! Excellent communication with owners.

Dublin is home to more than a quarter of the entire Republic of Ireland’s population and was originally founded as a Viking settlement. A lot has changed from those Viking days, and Dublin is now famous for its literary history and the most green spaces of any European capital, making Dublin a real Irish gem.
Dublin Castle is at the heart of the city's history and Trinity College houses the renowned Book of Kells, a beautifully illustrated manuscript from circa 800 AD. The Ha’penny Bridge is the city’s most photographed landmark and the statue of Molly Malone celebrates the heroine of Dublin’s unofficial anthem.
Dublin is home to many important literary figures including Oscar Wilde, William Yeats, Samuel Beckett and George Bernard Shaw. As the famous location of James Joyce’s “Ulysses”, the city offers tours tracing the protagonist’s footsteps.
As one of the youngest European cities, Dublin has vibrant nightlife with the popular Temple Bar area and plenty of bars and pubs, which invite you to stay out until the wee hours of the morning.

The city centre has the perfect size for a 3-night stay, and it is very easy to walk between most attractions. It's my second time in town, and I keep recommending visiting Christ Church and Dublinia to have a deeper insight into the history of Dublin. We had a wonderful meal at Smokin Bones on Essex St. and also at O'Neill's Victorian Pub & Townhouse, I mean, good quantity and well-cooked considering Dublin prices. POG in Tara St. is a good option for a brunch, light meal or even breakfast. The coffee on the top floor of the Avoca building on Suffolk St. served the best cappuccino and croissant ever, and the view was cool. Overall, people are very friendly and welcoming wherever we walk in. I'm also a fan of Dublin's bookshops; books are quite accessible, and all of them are beautiful.

I only had 1 day in Dublin so did the morning walking tour with Gem walking around was easy. It was a great way to see the sites and get to know a lot more about Dublin. It reminded me of Amsterdam with its wide main streets along the river with lots of bridges and tram running though it. Very vibrant city. i would have like to spend more time there. I would stay in a 4 star hotel next time, 1 with a lift.

This was my 5th time to Dublin and I was shocked at how dirty and unsafe it felt. We saw several drug deals on the street and one of our cab drivers was concerned for us since we were a group of 4 women traveling solo and told us not to go down a certain street we passed. I never felt threatened, but it isn't the same place I had previously visited. There is so much more beautiful places to visit in Ireland I wouldn't recommend Dublin to travelers.

A great vibrant city.
A great vibrant city. But found it very expensive in the Temple Bar. We had perfect weather which was the icing on the cake. Walked for miles taking in the sights and enjoying the lovely restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed the Guinness Tour. We stayed for lunch there and spent over 4 hours sauntering around it.
Recommend Brother Hubbard for brunch on the north side of the river Liffey.

During my stay in Dublin, I found the city to be charming, prosperous, and friendly. The beautiful architecture, rich cultural heritage, and picturesque streets make it an attractive destination for tourists. The cozy pubs, lively music, and amiable locals add to its appeal. However, it is important to note that prices for various activities and services can double or even triple on weekends due to the high influx of tourists. This should be taken into consideration when planning a trip to the city. Planning ahead and being mindful of this factor will contribute to a more informed budget management and facilitate avoiding unexpected financial expenses.

Extremely clean and tidy hotel in the City Centre of Dublin. I had a corner room which was very large. Room was extremely clean and well equipped with everything you could want. huge bathroom with powerful shower and nice included toiletries. I also had breakfast included which is a buffet of a good quality in a nice place to sit. Worth the money in a very expensive city. Staff are all very pleasant an knowledgeable. They kept my bags safe after check out and assisted me in finding the airport bus stop which is only a 5min walk away.
Great Hotel in a great location, the staff were all very atentive.
The rooms were a good size and well furnished.
The food was fine
Hotel has a car park but its 15 Euro/day, but it is near Dublin City Centre, so its better than not having a car park.
Quality of the Breakfast was okay. Location in the City was excellent. I was working at the National Gallery of Ireland, and the location of the hotel was ideal. Very good value for a Dublin city centre hotel.
A nice, clean room.
Tasty, diverse breakfast.
Kind staff.
Inexpensive.
Close to the city centre.
Dublin is fantastic.
I would definitely recommmend Point A Hotel Dublin!
