Welcome to the 4-star Radisson Blu Hotel Dublin Airport, conveniently located within the Dublin Airport Complex and just a short stroll from the airport terminal buildings. Room was very spacious, comfortable, great bed, Staff were lovely. I had sympathy as soon as I checked-in, when they found out I was only there by mistake (owing to missing my flight) In addition the lady in the "tea room" even though she was closing accepted my late order for food. The two young lads working behind the bar were talkative, friendly, and smiley, even in talking with other guests, i.e. it wasn't just me they were providing good customer service to. Special Mention to Karl and his friend, who I understood had only just started work at the Bar that day, and his friend only a month before, great team working together well. In addition a friend of mine had driven to the hotel to say hello, and needed to park, I know that this is probably not common practise but I appreciate that they allowed him to park for free, so a very big thank you.

We were very pleased.
We were very pleased. This was our final stay of 8 nights in Ireland and it was close to groceries stores and a yummy fast food place. We had parking for our car. The rooms were very comfy and the food great.

Where I stayed at in Swords was right across from the Swords...
Where I stayed at in Swords was right across from the Swords pavilion, which was a very large mall that had different restaurants so it met my needs perfectly. I did not walk or ride around Swords. I basically spent more time in Dublin City. But what I did see of Swords, I would definitely recommend that it’s like a nice little cozy town.

Beaumont House was a lovely place to stay overnight as it has contemporary rooms BEHIND the historic Beaumont House property. There is a full restaurant and bar here and the staff member who gave me the key to the room, and showed me to the room, also took my luggage up for me, which was very appreciated. If I ever have to stay an unexpected night at the Dublin airport, I would definitely stay there again. Taxi to there took about 20 minutes and cost around 20 Euros. Go into the restaurant door to get your key, etc.

I always stay at the Cloghran the day before flying out of Dublin...it makes it so much easier than the hecticness of the long trip to the airport then flying out the the same day. Arriving at the hotel, having a nice meal, and a comfortable bed takes the hectic ness out of travel.

The place is very serene.
The place is very serene. It's a perfect combination of city and countryside despite being fully in the city. There are quite a few green areas and it's a perfect place to stay to save some money and be relatively close to Dublin.

Santry is NOT a destination!
Santry is NOT a destination!! It is a near-airport hotel! Anyone staying more than one night would go to Dublin or other areas of Fingal, but there is not much in Santry other than the shopping center and DUB airport!!
