I received a professional welcome and check-in process at the front desk of the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated across the street from Gare de l'Est. The room was superb for an overnight stay. The breakfast was much better than I could have imagined.

Good facilities with clean rooms and cooperative staff. Stayed for 3 nights and had no issues at all.
A little pricey

Great hotel, definitely excellent value for money. The room was comfortable, equipped with everything I need, and had a great view of Paris from the window. There are also great cafés close to the hotel.

You'll pay more for accommodation but better to stay closer to city centre if you're a walker. Otherwise Metro is easy to get around on. Go to the usual attractions but definitely recommend the Pantheon if it's not on your list. Visit Versailles on a day the musical fountain shows are on. Easy to make up your own walking tour rather than pay for a guided one. Note that most pattiseries have commerical Nespresso pod coffee machines now rather than beans so their coffee is cheaper and definitely not as good.

Paris was an exciting and vibrant city, and the people were extremely helpful and friendly, especially when we struggled with the trains and metros, there was always someone offering help. If you are not a fan of busy spaces though, be aware the Louvre is extremely busy and can be a little overwhelming. If you like walking, Paris is a fantastic city for this, but if not the metro service is great

Paris is only nice on postcards and movies.
Paris is only nice on postcards and movies.
Nowadays it is an overcrowded, dirty, touristic, dangerous town where you can see the extreme social disparity and inequality from the high-end rich areas, down to the naked poor class sleeping in the metro area.
Better to visit it on daily basis and stay a bit far away from strange Arrondesements.

It was a one-night stop over to our destination. More than enough for me and my teenagers; second time we do this. We get to see the main attractions and walk around. Paris is expensive so even one night needs quite the budget.

Rich in culture and classic architecture.
Rich in culture and classic architecture. The food capital of the world. Diversity defines the city. Traffic is mostly horrible but public transportation [i.e. metro, taxi and busses] allows one to avoid frustration. The museums Jacqmart Andre and Gare d'Orsay are not to be missed. It's almost impossible to get a bad meal in Paris, but if you are in the XVI Arrondisement, go to Attabler at 146 Rue de la Pompe.....always delicious no matter what you order. The reopened Notre Dame de Paris is breathtaking....don't miss it!

For this price level, the hotel is absolutely great.
If you are looking for one of the cheapest hotels in this area and have 5-star expectations, then maybe it is better not to travel to Paris at all—or go to Le Ritz.
I had a wonderful room in the attic, with a very Parisian vibe.
The room was clean, the bed was big, and the bathroom was renovated—small but functional.
The neighborhood is great.
It is far from being a 5-star hotel, but so is your budget, apparently...
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfectly located - very close to metro stations, quick and easy to get to stade de france, eurostar and city centre. The hotel and rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable and it was all for a very reasonable price. Nice walk to Sacre Coeur and lovely restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend and return again.
The location is perfect, the staff is super friendly, and the breakfast is good, especially for France (not only bread :) ). The room was big and had a nice view of the building across the road (so Parisian!).
We were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out.
I had a great stay at Paris France Hotel. The room had a great view and the hotel is nicely located close to the metro, bars and restaurants. The personnel was really nice and helped with any questions I had. I would come back here.
this hotel is old and a bit rundown but so much cheaper than anything else in Paris, the staff are super nice and the rooms are cleaned every day. Would stay again.
