The house was clean, spacious and comfortable for me and my family. The hosts maintained regular contact to ensure we had easy access to the property. We were grateful for this. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will be back again for a future stay.

This place was exceptional. As we desended down the stairs we were excitedly anticipating the view. And we loved it. With a liffle help from the owner we entered the beautiful unit. My mistake with the key pad.The view was breathtaking as was the unit. Minutes later we were sitting on the deck wine in hand and embracing the view. Relaxing and enjoying all Lake Taupos beautiful. The unit was expectationall ,clean comfortable and well presented. Thank you Roam from allowing us to enjoy this spot of paradise in NZ.

    The Lodge is absolutely lovely, incredibly comfortable beds, spacious rooms, wonderful ensuite wiht bath tub that has views, grounds are beautiful. the entire team is freindly, helpful and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. It's an elegant and refined choice with a personal touch thats not found in large hotels. The breakfast was perfect, fresh, quality, beautifully cooked, stunningly presented and the coffee is also great. The location is lovely, quiet, relaxing and picture perfect.

    Beautiful property and friendly staff. We had a one bedroom apartment style room and this was incredibly spacious for our family during the stay and something we were impressed by. Wi-Fi worked well. We used the sauna during our stay and that was good. Breakfast had a broad range of options. Not too far located outside of the centre of town, but we had a car and would not recommend for those without a mode of transport.

    Lovely comfortable & tastefully decorated living space & kitchen area - great space to relax . Loved the natural thermal hot tub that left our skin feeling super soft at the end of the day - pool area in the complex looked great although we didn't have time to use it. Very easy access to lakefront & great walk along lakefront. Staff were very helpful finding my daughters purse that she left behind .

    Loved every part of our accomodation, found it so welcoming and well equipped that we had planned to go out for breakfast and dinners that we went shopping to cook at home.. Besides the ICN competition NO ONE WANTED TO GO ANYWHERE, just relax, sleep, eat or have a turn in the spa pool and bath..

    We enjoyed the restaurant including breakfast, private hot tubs which were available to book for free, the spa bath in our room which had nice strong jets and was hot lovely to relax in. The, lake views from the balcony were great to wake up to or enjoy sunset from. Good location for easy lakefront walks. The room decor was nice with art work and plants and soundproofing was good as we didnt hear much noise from neighbouring rooms.
