Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn’t like our king size bed. It was an older mattress and it didn’t have firmness in the mattress.
The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly.

They made a big deal about giving me two towels when there were none by the pool. A lady rolled a big cart by with towels that were clean and folded and told me she couldn’t give me any because they were “for guest rooms” I would think a paying guest in front of you would take precedence over a guest room that may remain empty. 😒

Pool was full of hair and other debris....it was crazy busy so I'm not sure if these are normal conditions.

That while we were there we had to have staff come clean the spa tub because it was dirty, they were nice about it. But it was just the point of it. I ran water the first time it was dirty and tried a 2nd time and still, so I went to the front desk, and they sent house keeping up.

The bathroom floor, shower curtain and toilet appeared dirty. The shower wall surround looked like it had been installed by a very inexperienced person with huge, lumpy caulk around the fixtures. The grab bar is placed in a way that makes a person lean off balance to reach it, causing a slip in the tub. The bathroom floors were sticky
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious the breakfast area was very nice.

Our room faced the back of the Home Depot store. I did not know Home Depot had workers on third shift. It was pretty noisy with them runny machines outside. Also, the walls, very thin…I got woken up around 3 AM to the people in the room next to us having what sounded like a very violent argument so I called the front desk to report it, but it was very disturbing and unpleasant to listen to it.
My husband and I stayed in a Jacuzzi suite the room was so cozy and comfortable absolutely loved the layout of the room.

Only the suites have microwaves so warming up my food late at night when I got is was a little bit of a pain.
The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and fresh.

Needed some minor repairs in our room, other wise evrything was good.

The staff messed up my payment from booking.com, saying they never received payment. I ended up being charged twice. So part of my stay was arguing with the staff and having to be on the phone with booking.com customer service for HOURS. So what was supposed to be part of my vacation was anything but. Eventually I asked my husband to get the contact info for the supervisor and general manager. When he asked the front desk staff they said they “fixed it” and my extra payment would drop off my credit card. Apparently they couldn’t be bothered to call my room and tell me. So if he hadn’t contacted the front desk for that contact info I never would have known that everything was fixed. On top of that, booking.coms customer service was horrible. I won’t be using booking.com or this particular hotel ever again for any reason. Absolutely unbelievable.

No microwave's in rooms so you have to go to main floor to heat food. Very tiny refrigerator only holds a few sodas and a few water bottles. No room for left overs. Tub was broken so could not take a bath had to shower.
