Our stay was absolutely unforgettable. The hotel is stunning, spotlessly clean, family-friendly, and with a beautiful private beach. The rooms were spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. What truly made the difference was the outstanding service. Special thanks to Khaled, Nada, and Kareem. They went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and special. Their warmth and professionalism were top-tier. The food was another highlight. Every meal was a treat, with rich variety and top-quality ingredients. The pools were pristine, and the overall ambiance was both relaxing and luxurious. I highly recommend Steigenberger Alcazar for anyone looking for a 5-star experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, and it was, without a doubt, one of the most memorable and delightful travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everything was simply perfect — a seamless blend of luxury, warmth, and thoughtful attention to detail. The Setting & Atmosphere The resort itself is a masterpiece — nestled on the shores of the stunning Red Sea, with breathtaking views in every direction. The architecture and landscaping are exquisite; every path, courtyard, and terrace is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. The sea views from my room and from around the property were truly picture-perfect, especially at sunrise and sunset. Service & Staff What truly elevates the experience is the exceptional staff. Every single team member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless — and always with a genuine smile on their face. The warmth and hospitality of the staff make you feel not like a guest, but like part of a family. I would like to extend a very special thank you to: • Norhan at the Concierge Desk — her assistance, care, and professionalism were outstanding. She made excellent recommendations and ensured that everything I needed was handled smoothly and efficiently. • Meatmed at the Beach — what a joy to be welcomed each day with his attentive service, friendly manner, and commitment to creating a perfect beachside experience. • Petter at the Lounge — always gracious and professional, with impeccable service and a warm demeanor that made every visit to the lounge a pleasure. • Islam and Saleh — I truly appreciated the wonderful and engaging conversations we shared. Their warmth and insight added a special personal touch to my stay. Dining & Activities The culinary experience was superb — whether by the beach, in the lounge, or at the various restaurants, the food and drinks were of the highest quality.

Everything is beautiful in this hotel, starting with the welcome message from Mr. Jamal Salah before one day from arrival, and the warrm gritting from the hotel manager, Mr. Mohamed Younes, who knows all the details about the customers, all the staff in the Italian restaurant and the main restaurant, the chifs who always creative, and the security staff who found my son when I lost him in less than 10 minutes finally that cercurization happen whe you have grate team like you ,thank you sunrise arabian .

    This hotel is great, fantastic resort and very clean and well kept. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and great offerings in the buffet for all inclusive. Hotel has a shuttle down to Soho Square every 30 mins from 8pm-11pm although it only takes 10 mins to walk there. It’s one straight line from the hotel gates.

    The food is delicious (Pasta, pizza, Egyptian food) in the all inclusive package. The beach guy (life guard) Ahmed is very friendly and helpful he helped me get over my fear of deep water and encouraged me to enjoy it. Reasonable price for Ras Mohammed trip from the diving center in the hotel it was so much fun with good food. but you have to bring your towel and snorkeling equipments with you. The hotel is simi resort with reasonable price.

    Me and my family stayed 6 all inclusive nights at parrotel beach resort, we had royal suite with sea view, our staying was very comfortable, far beyond our expectations, good value for money ,stuff was very polite and helpfull especially main restaurant and pool workers, special thanks to sayed khirey restaurant manager, restaurant was always clean, tasty and varied food. Beach was clean with beautiful coral reef.
