The rooms are spacious. You have a walk-in closet and a nice, comfy bed. There was a bath and a hot tub. We enjoyed them. The pools are nice, too. The water temperature is said to be at least 26C. It probably is. On the lowest floor, there is a nice little garden, good as well! As for breakfast and dinner, we enjoyed the selection most days. However, the hotel claimed to change the menu daily. That is not exactly true. But it is acceptable. There is also a nice wine selection there. Overall we enjoyed the staff, they are helpful and nice. On the other side, the staff tries to clean the room several times a day. It's okay, but you can't opt out. So, even though phones are everywhere, someone could knock on your door while you're sleeping or relaxing in bed to ask if you need coffee.

We had a wonderful stay - the apartment was spacious, and modern, providing the perfect space to relax. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed and making us feel welcomed. The breakfast was fantastic, and so was the pool. Great location too - it’s in a quieter area, which was perfect for unwinding, yet still convenient enough to explore the surroundings.

If you are looking for a peaceful, civilised resort, then this is the place. The walk from Playa Martinez to Playa Castillo is lovely. There are enough attractions to occupy your time and if you want to go further afield , then good frequent public transport is available. A visit to the Botanic Gardens and La Orotava are musts.

If you are trying to find a place for younger people, it's the place to go, but be aware that it gets quite dangerous at night. To add, it is full of British people, and you basically don't find anything local, and everything is overpriced. To fully experience Tenerife, I recommend you to stay somewhere else than Playa de las Americas or Costa Adeje.

We have stayed in the area many times.

We have stayed in the area many times. Its ideal for those who want a quiet restful holiday without the noise of night life. The restaurants in San blas offer good food at a good price. The area has lots of pleasant walks along the coastline . Plenty of parking nearby. We hired a car and went to nearby beaches at la Tajita and El Medano. Buses are frequent and trtavel to other local beaches and Los Christianos should you want a day of noise and activity. Would recommend for those who want to escape the busyness of typical spanish resorts. Its not for the young seeking nightlife and activity.

The city consists of three parts.

The city consists of three parts. The historic part with beautiful and charming streets. The villa part with beautiful gardens, trees, houses, and the part where people live tightly and where the most is happening. Lots of street culture, lots of cultural attractions. Lots of opportunities for good food.

I like that El Medano is not a tourist town. Although there are tourists there, they try to cater for them in a non-tourist way. No Irish bars, no beer price wars down the promenade and no signs for full English breakfasts. People are really friendly and the views are fantastic

A lot of nice beaches with restaurants and bars for all ages...

A lot of nice beaches with restaurants and bars for all ages, starting point to El Teide mountain, close to airport, the city is very clean and neat. Big disadvantage is public car parking, it's very hard to find some, so we parked in underground garages, which cost more than the rental fee itself.
