Set in Palo Alto in the heart of Silicon Valley and 0.9 mi from Stanford University, The Clement Hotel – All Inclusive features a heated outdoor pool, a hot tub and private cabanas.

My husband was an outpatient at Stanford med center and spent his days in the room, unfortunately pool construction was very loud and made daytime resting impossible. I was able to take advantage of nearby shopping to enjoy my day.

I needed to be close to Stanford University and this was a perfect location for that. Driftwood deli is located right next to the hotel and it was a perfect place for me to grab a sandwich, which made it convenient. They had coffee, fruit, muffins, and yogurt in the lobby every morning.

Perfect location if needing to be near Stanford University or Stanford hospital. Near shopping and restaurants. Couldn't be better located. The room is was spacious and comfortable. It's a essentially a small one bedroom apartment. Bed and linens were luxurious. Coffee maker and tea supplies were great. Terrific to have a microwave. The was very clean. The housekeepers obviously pay attention to details.

The location can't be beat--it's in the center of downtown and not a bad walk to Stanford University. Room prices are more affordable than competing hotels in the area. There is no shortage of great restaurants nearby. And the lobby is beautiful and inviting.

The hotel is conveniently located next door to Stanford University, a busy and trendy shopping area with a lot of excellent restaurants. It is also not too far from downtown Palo Alto. The staff is very friendly. The bar has an onsite Starbucks. The room rates are very reasonable. The fire pits by the swimming pool are a bonus feature. The thing I like the most is the little touches such as the free bottled water in the lobby, and snacks for me to take on the road.

What Guests Said About Stanford University:

  • Palo Alto has just about everything is you are willing to...

Palo Alto has just about everything is you are willing to tolerate the crowds and the influx of hoards of Asian travelers as well as residents. Also, it os the home of Stanford University so the youth element is always present in anything that is going on in Palo Alto. I love the area -Stanford is my alma mater. But I do not like what Silicon Valley has done to the housing market, to the culture, to the ability to navigate on a daily basis, and to the arrogance of the young workers employed by the various technology firms.
