Beautiful moody colored rooms. Loved the back strip of lighting by the bed and the fun chandelier by the window. The city view was beautiful. We loved that a pool was on property and the observation deck from pool level was perfect for seeing the fireworks 🎇 at Navy Pier. Staff was so helpful and kind. Beautiful place to stay while in Chicago. Just a short walk from everything.

Lots to do while there, not just standing and looking at water and buildings. Be prepared for fun for children and adults. Amusement rides, museum along with plenty of eats and relax with beverages to music in The Gardens

I loved this place. You can go for a boat tour, parks, food, fun, beach is right away. Everything in one place. Great environment for family, solo travelers, couples. It’s a must do for sure in Chicago.

Before covid Chicago was an amazing place to be; so much to see, do and eat. Soooo much history and the 19th century architecture is beyond beautiful. Hopefully some day I will be able to walk Michigan Ave, Navy Pier and all the amazing old neighborhoods again without the mask police around. :-)

The location was perfect - not too far from Navy Pier and the River Walk, and a short walk to dozens of restaurant options! Easy to get to, and on site parking was a bonus! The coffee bar was great and the staff were fantastic, particularly Wallace, who was always there to greet us with a smile.
I loved this hotel. It was located near everything we were looking to do and right across the street from Navy Pier. The room was very nice and the room service from the restaurant downstairs was delicious.
The front desk personnel were extremely helpful upon our arrival at 9 p.m. when we called.saying we couldn't find the hotel entrance. Hint: Follow the white lighted patio area from the Taureax Restaurant until you reach the horse sculpture. Our room was large, clean, fresh, and comfortable. Slept great. The virew from the 40th floor was fantastic. We could see both the sunrise and fireworks at the Navy Pier. Great stay! We would definitely return.
I love the location, room and the breakfast. The hotel is right downtown. It is also located across the street from a Whole Foods. On the side of the hotel it’s an AMC movie theatre and a lucky strike bowling alley. You can walk to navy pier. You can also walk to Michigan Ave where all of the stores are. The room is beautiful I like that I had a living room and a bedroom. The room also had a refrigerator and microwave. I love the hot breakfast they serve every morning. You can get things like an omelet or pancakes.
Due to this being a historic building, if you book one of the more economical rooms, you'll be able to enjoy a fully tiled bathroom with AN ACTUAL BATHROOM DOOR(yay), a full closet, and vaulted ceilings. The bed was also quite comfortable.
For a vacation spot, this puts you walking distance to Millennium Park and the art muesum, a jaunt to the shopping of Michigan Ave, and a decent walk to navy pier.
Good location within walking distance of everything we came to see like millenium park & navy pier. Staff were all super nice. Room was comfy & clean. Breakfast wasn't too bad. We would stay again!
Loved the ground floor entry, lobby, overall feeling and views- see photos. Room was spacious and modern. Great location close to river, many attractions, museums, Navy Pier, tons to do. Breakfast buffet was very good with excellent kind lovely morning staff. Loved the pool for the first two days. Really like ability to stream my own shows. Wonderful front desk and housekeeping. Refrigerator and mini keurig
I went for St. Patrick weekend and the view from the hotel was amazing. The location is perfect for a morning run by the river walk, and walk distance to bars, restaurants, the Navy piers, the famous Chicago Bean, and Chicago theater.
