Built in 1956, the home was completely renovated in April 2025 inside and out including new furniture and appliances giving a modern flair. The home features 3 bedrooms containing a queen, double and twin beds with cotton linens and towels; fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances including Keurig with free coffee; living room with large window for natural light and one bathroom with a tub(!) and lighted mirror. High speed internet and 600+Mbps WiFi is available, new smart TVs throughout. Washer/dryer unit, iron and ironing board is also available. The back yard provides a patio table with 6 chairs. Grill and outdoor games coming soon. The property is ideally located close to some of Cincinnati’s top attractions. Just 10 mins away from almost anything you can imagine to do in the Queen City. Explore the bustling downtown area with its array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Visit the nearby Riverfront Park, the Cincinnati Art Museum, or catch a Reds or Bengals game. House Rules: We ask that upon check-out to: take all trash out to the bin in the carport; turn off all lights and the air conditioner. No smoking/vaping of any kind is not allowed in the premises. Please keep all open foods and condiments in the refrigerator to avoid attracting critters. Do not rearrange furniture. Please do not set the A/C to lower than 72 degrees. Daytime visitors are permitted, but must depart by 10pm. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight; if violated, remaining reservation days may be cancelled without refund. Pets are not allowed, unless service animal with documentation provided prior to check-in. Unauthorized pet fee applies. Permanently damaged linens and towels will be charged additional fees as well as unauthorized late check-out. Welcome to the Ivory Jean Homestead. Ivory Jean was my grandmother! She loved to travel as do I. I am grateful you chose to visit Cincinnati and stay here. The neighborhood of Northside is made up of homes built by former executives and factory workers of Proctor & Gamble and meat-packing plants. The home is approximately 8 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes from the University of Cincinnati, world-renown Cincinnati Zoo and Krohn Conservatory in Eden Park. Northside is a super-trendy area known for eclectic dining and drinking scene, including cool cafes, breweries, pizza, gourmet shops and vintage stores. Dating from the 1840s, enjoy jogging or taking walks through world-famous Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum as well as hiking the trails in Buttercup Valley Preserve and Mt. Airy Forest.
