The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our room was huge, quiet, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very generous and delicious. The coffee is the best. We dined at the restaurant a couple of times, the food and service were outstanding! We definitely would stay here again.

This was a small, charming hotel located a short walk to the tram to take you to the Alfama district (old Lisbon) and the funicular Gloria. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is bright and looks newly renovated. We found the location perfect for ease to get the city center. There were many places to eat within a short distance from the hotel. We arrived earlier than check in but the staff were very welcoming and we were able to leave our luggage while we explored the area. The room is air conditioned which was welcome relief from the heat. The breakfast was lovely and gave us a great start to our days. The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to eat, arranging a taxi for our departure etc.

Excellent overall, staff was friendly and very attentive. The setup is unique, included a large private room with balcony and we had access to three individual bathrooms, full kitchen, dining tables, and family room. Location was good.

We absolutely loved it at Casa do Jasmim! The staff was so friendly and accommodating and the apartment was super clean and comfortable with nice wood floors, good views, and ideal proximity to lots of Lisbon’s best offerings. The breakfast offered was tasty and freshly-prepared. The availability of luggage storage was hugely convenient. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries. Plus, the price point felt super affordable when compared to similar accommodations in the area. For the two nights we stayed here, we felt so at home despite being in an entirely unfamiliar city/country and could not have been happier. We loved our stay here and will be sure to book again when we return to Lisbon—thank you so much!
