The property did not communicate with booking.com regarding my change of date. Even after I paid extra and booking confirmed it would be available for the changed date. A major inconvenience that could have been resolved as I was messaging the property ahead of time months ahead regarding checking in early. They could have done their due diligence then. Even on my scheduled day o messaged the property ahead hours ahead and they did not respond I hate to call and message multiple times. The reason we booked this specific place is based on location since the trip was for a football game. Worst experience of my life!! Please triple check the dates with the property so this does not happen to you. Not like it’s a cheap hotel we purchased pretty pricey for the terrible experience.
