Livingstone is a bustling, lively city that never sleeps. Nights are full of sounds from music, trucks, trains, dogs. Accommodation outside town is quieter. It is easy asy to walk around through you will be approached and asked which country are you from which is an introduction to sales and marketing spin for some item! A vibrant African city full of character and not over run with tourists. The view half ways up Mosi-oa-Tunya road, outside Livingstone museum down onto Victoria Falls spray is amazing to see in the town, and coffee shop further up the hill serves locally produced good coffee.
Getting around Livingstone was easy to walk or get a friendly taxi.
Fishing up the Zambezi for tIger fish on a small boat was a great way to get a view onto the river, hippos, smiling crocs, birdlife, villages with a local fishing guide. I caught no fish but would go fishing again here anytime.

Generally a quiet town with multiple amenities that will support your visits; banks, multiple eateries for local delicacies and nice joints for evening wind ups. You'll enjoy visiting to the falls, Livingstone museum , railway museum and the curio market in town. There are taxis from shopping centers and the main bus stop to ferry one to their destination..

Very calm, smaller town, ideal at which to stay for activities on world-renowned Mighty Zambezi River and for visiting the Heritage- listed Wonder of the World Victoria Falls. We are happy that we included the Zimbabe view from Victoria Falls National Park, that was equally awesome as the Zambia-side experience, but presented a different perspective in terms of somewhat lower height of the falls but larger volume of water on the Zimbabwe side, formed by seemingly five individual falls that come together near the top resulting in a wide curtain of water thundering down the falls almost as one body of water.
We visited the only game park in Zambia at which you can experience a walking safari to see the white rhinos, which are an endangered species protected within the the Mosi-ou-Tunya National Park. Loved staying and eating lunches and dinners at New Fairmount Hotel. Very easy town to get around and we felt safe and comfortable.

It's the 1. week of November, the Falls are dry. It is hot 36 degrees.

The town was clean and not very busy.
The town was clean and not very busy.
A relaxed atmosphere with lots of bird life and nature reserve adjacent to the town.
My favorite was the micro flight around Victoria falls.
My day trip to Botswana Chobe river cruise & safari.
Not visibility of public transport.
Not spending a week but rather perhaps 4 days.

Everything from the staff, accommodation, transportation, proximity to airport, food were phenominal. Adrian personally drove me around town and beyond and his knowledge of the tourist attractions was beyond this world. His honesty and caring attitude came in handy for me since i have never been to Zambia leave alone the City of Livingstone. Keep up the good work young lad
Butterfly apartments is in a very nice environment. We stayed in a fully equipped, very clean apartment. Cooker & kettle didn’t work most of the time but there was a backup option in a separate area with a gas cooker. A nice add-on would be if additional information/offers around livingstone and Victoria falls would be available. Ideally you have a car to get around.
Wonderful, quiet lodge in the middle of nature with lovely rooms, comfortable beds, great food and especially amazing staff who is always there for you. They do everything to make your stay perfect. Thanks so much Darius, Enevia and all! Will definitely come back next time I'm in Zambia and can highly recommend to stay at the Royal Sichango Village.
The location just on the banks River Zambezi makes the hotel Radisson Blu Mosi-oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort breathtaking and exceptionally beautiful anytime of the day! It is a location to behold and we definitely shall be back many time!
The hotel is fantastically located right in the centre of Livingstone, and has a lovely garden/swimming pool area and nice bar/breakfast terrace. The homemade pizzas are good too.
