This is not my first stay at this days inn. I chose it because it is clean quite and the location is good for me. This stay I asked for extra towels and that was not a problem. I have not tried the breakfast so I cannot speak to that. Maybe next time I will give it a try.

Spent Friday and Saturday hopping around all the bars and restaurants. Downtown is very walkable. Felt a little sketchy from time to time but had zero problems as security and police were very present to keep revelers in check. Didn't have a bad meal the whole trip with lots of kitchy bars. Great crowds, everyone respectful and fun. I recommend Thunder Bacon Burger Company, Juniper Gin Bar, The Hub, Hotel Congress, Penca and Snake and Barrel (downstairs speakeasy). The Owl Bar was a fun place to wrap up the evening.

Loved the road trip up Mount Lemmon!
Loved the road trip up Mount Lemmon! Summerhaven ia a cute little area at the top of Mt.Lemmon in the Santa Catalina Mountains. Lots of things to discover and check out. Oro Valley is also a great place to check out. I found the people here in Tucson to be the most helpful and friendly people. Great places to eat as well, with lots to pick from like Texas Roadhouse and Culvers

This was my very first time in Tucson.
This was my very first time in Tucson. I found the mountains to be breathtakingly beautiful and captivating. Downtown Tucson, is old, but quaint, with unique shops. I felt safe walking around at night with family and friends. Natives in Tucson are both friendly, and helpful. Tucson is chocked full of good places to eat. Authentic Mexican Cusine is every where. Guadalajara's Mexican Restaurant and Grill is a must dine, Catalina Foothills Mountains, is a must see scenic drive to the mountains. AJ's Market is the creme de la creme of whole food markets, and a must dine when going to the Catalina Foothills. I would love to visit Tucson again and will recommend to others.

Affordable city.
Affordable city. Great hiking in the surrounding five mountain ranges. Two excellent national parks. Super dedicated bike paths - something like 130 miles without cars on asphalt surfaces. 23 miles of the best Mexican food in the U.S.
Loved Sabino Canyon. Getting around by car is easy though the traffic is sometimes a bit heavy (nothing like Seattle)
We are seniors who come for the hiking, Tucson Festival of Books, bike riding and reasonable places to eat

Tucson is a stop on our trip from San Antonio TX to San Diego CA. The weather during March was chilly and really windy but otherwise a great stop. There were plenty of choices for dinner and food and shopping were centralized. All and all a good stop.

Great location in downtown Tuscon. Historic hotel that is like walking back in time. Walk to many restaurants and bars. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, Cafe Cup. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also loved the cozy bar off the lobby. Evening entertainment on the patio was a bonus!
Lovely pool are. Decor of the room was nicely designed and all of a premium quality - appliances, bathroom fittings, furniture. In particular, the mattress, bed linen and pillows were some of the best we've had in a hotel.
Amazing price - $80 for one night stay in May inc. taxes.
Property was spacious and comfortable. Easy access to airport, quick drive to downtown. Alfonso was easy to deal with and friendly. Great place for a family or group!
Perfect location on the north side of Tucson, easily accessible from I-10. Good breakfast, comfortable rooms with everything one needs for a good stay.
