When I arrived went to desk. Guy named Sunny was working.
When I arrived went to desk. Guy named Sunny was working. Told him I had spoke to Maria a couple days ago and was assured by her I had a downstairs room but he said oh we don’t have any available I said I was handicapped and was told sorry but nothing available. I asked to speak to manager was told by Sunny he is not in today. I was getting very upset. Finally he said oh I have one with 2 beds downstairs u can have and I said that is fine went to desk last nite rang bell 5 times no one came or answered.
