United StatesThe security guard at the location was very nice and very helpful. The price was reasonable and it was close to the University of Hartford, which we were visiting with our daughter. Parking was available onsite, though we weren't made aware of this until we were already there and we had to pay extra for that. The host was also very responsive to my messages with each issue that arose.

United StatesLoved the set up, felt clean enough that somone like me who hates hotel rooms was comfortable enough to sleep in the bed without pulling my personal sheets out. I'm a smoker so tho I couldn't smoke inside, the outside area was fine and there were no issues with my smoking outside in the front. Felt safe with the 2nd lock being on the door and neighbors were a respectful volume.

The hotel was very good and we had no complaints. The Booking.com service I used to reserve two rooms was absolutely the worst customer experience ever. Fortunately the hotel reservation agent was able to sort out the issues. Although we paid in good faith months ago, this booking service only released the funds for one room. Consequently, we were waiting for an hour at the front desk to check in and missed part of the event we came to Hartford to see. With much help and kindness from the hotel reception agent and the hotel manager, we were able to secure both rooms. We cannot thank them enough for going out of their way to help us. The Booking.com agent was the worst and failed to help both the hotel and us resolve the booking error made by their service.Guest review byBettyUnited States - Review score
Beautiful city if you stay at the right place.
Beautiful city if you stay at the right place. There's a lot to explore. The food was delicious and I was unaware of this beforehand because it can actually be really hard to find the good places when trying to look them up. It's almost better to drive around until you see something you might want to check out. For reference I ate at the Max Downtown and Trumbull Kitchen. Also there are parking garages literally everywhere. Just be aware of their closing times.Guest review bySarah - Review score
The hotel was great.
The hotel was great. I came in on the train which was a two minute walk to the hotel. We dined at Black Eyed Sally's which was a very short walk from the hotel. Also, we enjoyed walks in Bushnell Park. The woman minding the Continental Breakfast section, was very pleasant however there were items missing such as butter and I expected more fresh fruit like apples and oranges.
