Meg, who checked me in super early in the morning, was really outstanding. I was exhausted and she was super welcoming and took care everything perfectly. It's odd to get such great customer service that early in the morning. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I'll for sure stay again.

We were there overnight- Cocoa Beach is a great little vacation spot, I highly recommend it!
Our children are able to go their own way and explore. Honestly, first trip we allowed the girls to venture off on their own and we weren't concerned. It felt safe!
Such good people, the locals are very nice and welcoming; enjoyed talking with a few of them at the restaurant.
Quiet, peaceful and plenty to do. We will definitely be back!

We love Cocoa Beach.
We love Cocoa Beach. The beach itself is always clean and not to crowded. There are plenty of things to do for families. The fishing is always good too. To add, there are some very good restaurants to dine at. Cocoa Beach Fish Camp is highly rated.

Always a great time in cocoa beach near the pier.
Always a great time in cocoa beach near the pier. Didn’t rent a car just took a shuttle from airport and got dropped off at a hotel close to the pier. The gas station and a few local bars and restaurants met our needs. The people were friendly and the food was yummy. The sushi on the pier for lunch and dinner at a restaurant called fish camp near the pier was delicious. Nice three or four day vacation destination.

Plenty to do in the area; a bit of “old” Florida in architecture on Cocoa and Cocoa Village. Colorful older homes, murals and shops. Less developed and more residential feeling to the area. Biking and kayaking opportunities. Beach right across the street and not crowded. The property had some nice waterside space without a feeling of being crowded partly because there was undeveloped property nearby. Kennedy Space Center nearby and also an interesting area to have supper out while watching cruise ships pass by. The apartment, Chasing Pelicans, was spacious and private. Overall a very memorable trip.

They don't have breakfast. Location is very good if you bring with you everythig for at least the breakfast. If you are a foreign tourist..it is uncomfortable to go till cocoa Beach to have a coffee and something to eat.
You can't beat the location. The facilities were what would expect from an older hotel right on the beach. The value for the money was certainly there.
