Bend is a very nice town with a lot of good restaurants to choose from. Downtown is very nice and the river front area is great to hang out in. There are many outdoor activities in the area, and access to several national or state parks.

Bend is an outdoor/adventure lovers wonderland!
Bend is an outdoor/adventure lovers wonderland! There is so much to do in this city. Whether it be hitting the cute boutique shops or getting out on the trails. This city is also very family and dog friendly! Dogs are welcomed pretty much everywhere :) You need at least a few days to explore it all.
I love Bend Brewing Company. They have one of the best outside areas to drink, eat and be merry! The whole area of town is so fun to walk through and explore.
When the nice weather hits and the heat is up, floating down the Deschutes through town is the place to be! Anchor near Hayden Homes Amphitheater and listen to the sweet sounds of the amazing musical acts they book.
Make sure to get a look at the beautiful mountain range. Stunning views and picture worthy landscapes.

Bend is the coolest and most trendy city we’ve ever visited.
Bend is the coolest and most trendy city we’ve ever visited. People out and about everywhere. Be sure to graze at celebrity chef’s Hawkeye and Huckleberry’s Lounge. We ordered every hot and cold appetizer on the menu and will do the same next year. We went for a week mainly for the Sting concert. The outdoor amphitheater is amazing and delicious food trucks. Speaking of food trucks there are so many outdoor dining arenas with bars with dozens and dozens of choices. Beautiful 360 scenery.

Interesting little town.
Interesting little town. Kind of a strange juxtaposition of new age and millennial with older 'hippies' ! Very outdoor oriented town. Lots of places to eat and drink and recreate. Neat how the Deschutes River winds through town. Sun River is fancy. Mt. Bachelor Nordic was fun. Still plenty of snow on the second weekend in MAY.

We love Bend!
We love Bend! It's beautiful country with all the surrounding mountains. The dry, dessert country is warm and comfortable. In winter Mt Bachelor is the best ski resort. Go visit the Museum, it's incredible with Pioneer history.

Bend is a great choice for a short term stay.
Bend is a great choice for a short term stay. It's compact and cheerful downtown is really nice and has great restaurant and coffee choices. Really good beer choices in Bend as well. Deschutes and Crux Fermentation Project are very high on my "best of" American beer list.

This was my second time staying at the Pine Ridge Inn. I love it! The fireplace and sitting area make the rooms feel so cozy and comfortable. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is delicious, especially the coffee. And I love that they offer trays so you can take your breakfast back to your room. It's also in a great location if you like to walk or run. Easy access to the river trail along paved pathways that pass directly in front of the hotel. I will definitely be back!
Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I have stayed here 3 times. Each room has unique wall decor and nice amenities... A great location especially if you know the Bend area. The price is right. It is an older motel but well kept up and really decent prices for this area. Clerks and staff have always been courteous and helpful..
Very cute renovated motel with lots of thoughtful touches. We loved the room (spacious, clean) and extended our stay.
We love to walk, so would head to the downtown areas on foot and it always felt safe.
