Location was perfect! Very easy walk to the beach and short drive to other local attractions. One level only, so doesn’t feel like a “motel” like I was thinking it would.

We loved the room and the hotel. The hotel was clean and spacious and smelled nice. Our room was a great size and had comfortable beds and nice sheets. We loved the sea turtle detailing on the wall. There was a lovely Starbucks down in the lobby and the food at the onsite restaurant was pretty good for the price.

Very quaint town, loved Holy Grounds coffee shop, so charming and cozy. Excellent food too. Baxters did indeed have the best steak ever, but decor and service were lacking. Enjoyed Dickens on Center, thrift stores and antiquing, but favorite part was Ft. Clinch . Loved historic setting and views.

Very clean area. Quiet, peaceful. Perfect for families and couples and retirees. Staff at restaurants, hotel and retail establishments all very friendly and show they appreciate your patronage. Really a great place to go if you're not wanting a lot of loud partying going on around you. Several great restaurants. I suggest The Sandbar, The Salty Pelican, Salt Life, The Happy Tomato to name a few. Several have patios and live music. Fun atmosphere without all the loud party people with bad attitudes.

Price paid for this beach property is very reasonable.
Price paid for this beach property is very reasonable. Considering the amenities available, this can be attractive for young couple who likes to spend most of the time outdoors. There is a restaurant at a walking distance that entertains customers with live music.

Besides the obvious beach-front attraction, there is an assortment of sports and exercise related activities. For shopping and interacting with the locals, we visited near-by downtown Fernandina. We were there the week of their annual Jazz Festival.

There is so much to see & do !
There is so much to see & do ! From the quaint must walk around downtown area ;including the marina with boat tours. to the many places to shop or eat on the way to beach.Like the mny antique stores. You also have several choices of places to stay or eat that are right on or accross the street from the beach. Each has thier own unique style .The beach in Sept was busy but not too crowded. We fell in love with all these places & cant wait to go back.

This is a 2-bedroom apartment in a beautiful condo. It's spacious, nicely appointed and has all the appliances you need. The Amelia Island beach is 6' away by foot.
The terrace is very pleasing.
There are restaurants within walking distance and many others 10' away by car.
The owner is very kind and helpful.
This hotel is perfect! It's right on the beach and they have a restaurant right next door which is extremely convenient. We had an ocean view room and watched the sunrise from our room, but also discovered they have a roof top which have a few tall chairs to sit up there and relax!!
This hotel is brand new. It has a fab pool with a poolside bar and plenty of loungers. The room was really comfortable, large and well-appointed. The hotel was a couple of minutes from the beach and an easy walk to some great beach-side grills.
The location is great, with the beach literally right behind the hotel. Really clean and beautiful, and the little boardwalk makes for easy access! Rooms were cozy, clean, and had a great amount of space!
