I stayed for one night and it was fine. I was placed on 5th floor. The room was clean and the AC worked good. There was a fridge and only 1 small water bottle provided. Bathroom was clean and looked new. Really hot water and good water pressure. Shampoo and body wash provided. Location isn’t the best to visit the bazaar or other sights. There is a shashlik restaurant 5 minutes away and a small market too. Staff was friendly and helpful but not everyone spoke English.

Everything was extremely clean. The host was responsive and helpful. Our questions were answered immediately. The property was cozy and cute. There were nice local restaurants just around the corner. we had great time there. I recommend staying in Bargi Sabz property to whoever wants to visit the beautiful city of Khujand.

By far, this was the best accomodation i have been in Central Asia. Everything was perfect and the pictures reflects precisely how neat, clean and comfortable the apartmen was Absolutely recommended!!! (I read some comments about the noise. That is true but because the buildings itself is brand new and in some moments other owners are doing some little work (like drilling). But they were few, brief and of course never early or at night)
