The room was great, clean and all well laid out

Auckland is a real cultural mix with strong Asian, European, Maori and Polynesian influences, celebrated in frequent festivals and sports events. Some examples of these cultures can be seen at the Auckland War Memorial Museum, one of the best in New Zealand. For more, try the upmarket dining of Viaduct Harbour.

Good location, close to airport and manawa bay shopping...
Good location, close to airport and manawa bay shopping center aswell as my appointment. Bit of rain but luckily that was at night so I could still enjoy a bit of sun during the day. Traffic is busy early around 7-9am and really busy 5-630pm. Manawa Bay is the new place to shop aswell as eat. Lots of discounts. Manakau City, Botany, Sylvia Park, Auckland City and Albany all great places to go.

Sadly Auckland in general.
Sadly Auckland in general. Good hotel that i stayed in but i would never recommend for anyone to walk around the Queen St CBD area after 8pm. Its too rough with way too many nutters wondering around. Viaduct is fine but thats about it.

lots of things to do....there's something for every taste and desire...from shopping, drinking, eating, visiting art galleries, Akl Zoo and museums ...Weather in May was cool but still not freezing. Pack a lightish Jacket and you'll be fine. It was raining one of the days so make sure you have an umbrella handy. Weather is ok for ladies to wear a light top or tshirt with jeans and a denim jacket or something similar? for daywear..Most places you visit if inside have air-con so its warm inside.

Lovely clean and very new apartments in great location. Rooms had washer and dryer and kitchenette with tea and coffee which was perfect. It had a gym but we didn't use it. Also lots of parking for $25 per night, which in Auckland prices is reasonable compared to other hotels. Staff were very helpful and friendly and gave great recommendations for food near by. We checked in late but they have a call centre that helped us with an easy check in which was perfect. Will definitely come back again.
We stayed in the Ambassador Suite. It was very spacious, with a large lounge, dining table, small kitchen, comfy king bed and a large bathroom. The unit was clean and overlooked a swimming pool and had views over a lagoon. The property is located 25 minutes drive from the airport, but with easy access to Auckland CBD. Sylvia Park Mall is 15 minutes walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful and responded promptly and effectively to our requests.
Fantastic service. Rooms are very nice, comfortable, clean and tidy. Amazing views of Auckland CBD and skytower from our balcony. In regards to location, i would highly recommend this hotel if you're planning on going to spark arena, not to far and a cheap uber if needed. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Auckland again.
Convenient location for the airport and city centre. Including breakfast and changing facilities for late evening flights. After an intruder incident at 1 am the hotel staff apologised and offered a late flight changing facility. They redeemed themselves
Location not far from the airport but shuttle bus available at door if you pre-book. Plenty of parking at the back of the hotel.
The breakfast was excellent and we would definitely stay here again when flying from Auckland.
