The breakfast was a lavish spread of variety of dishes. The lady at the reception, Danah was very polite and helpful. The bellboy Adam and Adam at the reception were also helpful. Thanks to all of them, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception team—especially Sneha—was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and made me feel right at home.
A special mention to Rudy from housekeeping, who went above and beyond by leaving a sweet, thoughtful note in my room. It’s small gestures like these that make a big difference.
The room itself was spotless, beautifully clean, and designed in a charming Japanese style that created a peaceful and relaxing ambiance, facing the creek. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch.
Breakfast was another highlight—delicious, varied, and satisfying, with options that catered to different tastes.
Overall, an excellent stay with great service, attention to detail, and a personal touch. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others!

We loved that Dubai can be as lively or as laid-back as you want it to be. We travelled as a mixed-age group and met up with family who live there, which made it even more special. We packed in loads of activities, and the highlight was definitely the boat cruise and helicopter ride—both planned as a surprise for a special birthday. Such an unforgettable experience!
Getting around was so easy with Uber and taxis, which are really affordable. And there’s something for every budget—meals and drinks range from super affordable to high-end, so you can choose what suits you. One of the other highlights was a brilliant brunch we went to—so much fun!

I really appreciated getting a free SIM card at the airport upon arrival—it was super convenient for staying connected right away. However, a downside was that I kept receiving calls from strangers on that same number, which was a bit annoying.
Dubai is overall a very safe destination, which made me feel comfortable throughout my trip. However, I noticed that some sellers, especially around tourist spots like the desert, tend to overcharge visitors by doubling prices. That was disappointing and definitely something to watch out for.

My second time in Dubai.
My second time in Dubai. I went there a year ago, and it has become more crowded and even noisier than before.
Dubai Mall is extremely overpriced compared to other locations in the city.
Public transportation during the rush hours feels more like Tokyo, where passengers have to be plunged into the metro wagons by special workers.
Over all the city is worth visiting, with many beautiful sites.
Do you research in advance, download offline maps of the area, unless you are planning to have internet access right from the airport. Watch the taxi drivers who drive you around and follow the road with your navigation, or you might end up paying way more than it should have been. They will drive you in circles without much hesitation.

Booked four excursions/trips through Booking.com and the process was simple and easy to use. Great communication throughout to give more information about each excursion or trip.
One highlight was our desert safari and evening BBQ at a camp, with shows. Our tour guide was so skilled, and we had an exhilarating time driving fast across the sand dunes!
Dubai is a beautiful place to visit with some amazing architecture and fascinating history. The Emirateans are very friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed all the different places we visited on our 5-day trip.
Would definitely return to see more.

The hotel was great. From check in to check out, the staff was more than accommodating and periodically would call to check on how our stay was going. We did not eat at the on-site restaurant, but the food looked amazing. Within a short walk from the hotel you will find the Dubai Mall and the best of Dubai's shopping, food, and activities. The rooms were on the small side, but very modern and clean. For the price and location, the prices could not be beat. Definitely recommend for couples or families.
We were visiting on business but looking for a hotel on the beach. It was well appointed with plenty of facilities. We actually liked the location, not that far from the Emirates Mall and the Dubai Marina. It is further from the middle or the airport, but that suited us. We took Taxis to the centre and World Trade Centre which cost about £30 each way. The beach is fantastic and having a tame cat never does any harm. There were a number of restaurants on site and we stayed in a few nights.
The room was exceptional!
The hotel has been recently renovated, so it is brand new, with amazing interior design. The pool was also very nice, but hot and windy (on the 24th floor). The entrance to the mall is also a big add-on. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is very central (10 mins to the Palm/West Beach, 10 mins to Jumeira Beach, 15 mins to Marina/JBR, 10 mins to downtown, 30 mins to the airport).
I loved their nice and quite pool and the staff were super friendly and respectful. The food was great. The location of the hotel is ok, far away from the Marina Dubai. At Burj and mall you can go by metro, which is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, or taxi, which is cheap. There is a cafeteria nearby with very good desserts, coffee, and sandwiches. Also a nice Lebanese restaurant and a pub.
nice and welcoming staff
free water fountains
very nice breakfast
clean beach with sunbeds, parasols and towels
a small grocery store right in the hotel
free wifi even on the beach
free shuttles to Dubai mall
